Shipping policy

General Information

  • We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partners, do not make any pick-ups on those days.

    The large majority of our orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 2-3 days from shipping. We Surface through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

    We work to Surface out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to Surface orders from our warehouse.

    If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.

    If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.

    We are not responsible for lost, misbelieved, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

    We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

Delivery Charges?

  • Shipping cost is not built in each items price. You get the benefit of reduced shipping cost on each additional item. Fair & transparent shipping rates.
  • RJBazaar.com provides Free Delivery for all items u Buy Product and pay Online Payment. Otherwise if  U Pay 99 IN INDIA 1500 OUTSIDE INDIA  is charged towards shipping charges for Cash On Delivery.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

  • There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable GST .

Shipping Gifts To India

  • We take great pride in being able to offer FREE SHIPPING to any address in India to our customers with family and friends back home. To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
  • Also be aware that all shipments to any Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer’s risk. If the school’s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, RJBAZAAR.COM will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account, nor shall RJBAZAAR.COM attempt re-shipment of the same order. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

Shipment and Tracking Details

  • We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page.
  • Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take maximum 36 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

Address Change Request

  • Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to support@rjbazaar.com and the needful will be done.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not rjbazaar.com. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
  • In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

Packing Method

  • All products are first polythene packed & then put in corrugated box. All orders are shipped by first class air courier services and home delivered within approximately 7-8 working days after dispatch of the shipment.

Blling Address and Shipping Address.

  • Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

  •  If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order.

Awaiting Confirmation Of Payment:

  • Your payment has not been confirmed from our payment gateway during the order process. Your order will get in the manufacturing process after we get the confirmation.

Payment Failure:

  • Your payment has not been confirmed from our payment gateway. Please get in touch with your bank in case of any clarifications required.

Order Declined:

  • Your order has been declined from our system. Your credit card has not been charged for the order.
